We humans have developed our mind day by day year by year by practice, knowledge and innovation. This mind is way more powerful and capable beyond our imagination. The conscious mind is a part of our intelligence where it is bright light but our subconscious mind is in Dark. The information which is stored from our experiences and knowledge is carried from this dark to the bright light i.e. from subconscious mind to conscious mind.
Sometimes we get the thoughts of happy moments, success, improvements etc. we think that we are the one who control these thoughts. But in actual whatever information we listen or experience, only those information is kept in front from the depth of our mind. This is the reason why our subconscious mind is so powerful. And we can change our habits or can be more discipline by mastering and controlling our this part of mind.
Some facts which can help us to master our subconscious mind:
• It manages our habits: for e.g. If you have decided to transform your health and fitness. then how much you instruct your mind to be consistent that much you subconscious mind will turn this routine as a second nature.
• It takes everything literally: our unconscious mind takes everything as a metaphor whereas our subconscious mind which is similar to conscious mind which takes everything as a straight forward. That’s why it cannot differentiate between right or wrong , good or bad. This is the reason whatever we think too much positive or negative in that way our brain multiplies it. Subconscious mind don’t have its own intelligence its just like a processor.
• To control our subconscious we must control our breath: our breathing is controlled by our subconscious mind. Whenever we deep breath or meditate or relax and focus on our breath and goes with the flow of process. Then we can keep our conscious mind calm and focus on subconscious mind.
• We can’t change our genes. But the way genes express themselves it can be managed or understood by our subconscious mind.
• “Be in the moment” is what our subconscious mind works for whereas conscious mind works for past or future.
• Subconscious mind works in a way that it automates the daily life work for which we don’t need to remember or think before performing those works. But if we are under bad habits which have become our daily routine they must be cut down by breaking the thought process just by staying calm and not thinking about it.
• Subconscious mind can’t say “No”: for e.g. if we like to eat chocolates a lot we need to quit or minimize it. So don’t just quit suddenly as it will trigger to have more craving and you’ll eat more chocolates, instead change your taste with something healthy.
Conclusion
So subconscious mind is on repetition. If we want to achieve our goals always have good and positive thoughts so that our mind have it in routine process and will store good information instead of negative impacts , bad experiences or information.
