WOMEN’S DAY: ME TIME

A woman is a very big emotion to everyone. A woman is a mother, a sister, a friend, a better half and many more. As a mother a women  we give lives, as a sister we pampered or takes care, as a friend and better half we connected emotionally, a women is much more than ever described or we say that we shall never described a women.

Women are known to foster others, but we women also wants to nourish and sustain. It doesn’t matter whether we are working tycoons or homemakers; we need a break from our daily busy or stressful routine. In very vast, A women is all at once.

In our very fast proliferate world; we were not having a very good attention on ourselves, which result to health issues, mental stress. Mental stress can cause a very detrimental effect on women’s health. So, to circumvent all these things, everyone should mobilize and solemnize women’s day.

Women’s should celebrate their ME time with ourselves. ME time is being “who you are”. In our own ambiance everyone is comfortable. I believe that we women’s do not have enough time for ourselves, because we have to play every role. In this indulgence of ourselves in every role we get easily depressed, full of stress, having low self confidence.

In this ME time every women do what she likes or what makes us feel good. There are numerous of the things that we can do to cherish/ pampered ourselves.

  • On Food Excursion:- Puff up our appetite with some nice & fine dine. Good food revives our soul. It works a stress reliever in many cases. Also search new flavors, new restaurants around you this will help to nourish, and also we fulfill one item of our bucket.
  • Solo Date:- We have to agreed on that, that we do not want anybody to be happy. Go on solo dates, now yourself, spend some good quality time with yourself, fulfill your desire and needs. Also go for shopping that makes us feel good. Visit favorite places that helps us to reawake ourselves or makes us feel memorable.
  • Gateway with Friends:- In our daily lives, or we say in our daily routine we are so busy in our chores, in offices and engaged that we forgot or we don’t have that time to meet our friends. So in ME time you can also met with your friends, have a gossiping, do shopping, lunch, dinner together that will helps to reduce our stress.

Friend is someone to whom we share the unshared things together. Sharing our thoughts with our trustworthy will a stress reliever, and a good friend gives a good advice or suggestion to you. This meet up can strengthen up our relationship as well.

  • Reawaken our inner Snapper:- A snap is a memory of our past flying moments. So, capture good images of our outing that made memory for us. The camera can captures everything, be ready & captures every passing moment that is going to be memorable. You can captures the Nature, the giggled children, Smiles of our Beloved and all small moments that soon become memory, and when you watch you will relive those moment again .
  • Visit our native/ childhood home:- Our childhood memory are our very strong connection with our past. In this fast growing world, everything is left and become suppressed, do visit that home that also have a vast memories of our childhood. This will make us feel alive and also fill our heart with a joy.

So, on this women’s day, take a stand on yourself, do the solo trip, expand your palate, visit favorite places, do favorite things. Break all the obstruction that makes our lives miserable. Fulfill your bucket list, because it is only one life that we live in.
