As we know crimes against women are increasing day by day at a very tremendous rate. There are so many cases in which women faces violence “Maltreatment, Molestation, Abusing, Arson, Aborticide, Vitriol attack etc.
As we seen, that women are not safe anywhere either it is public or at their private space. Many cases we seen or heard about domestic violence such as newlywed burning cases, physical torture for dowry, mental torture, and many more like this reported daily. Violence increasing from Teasing to Murder of women. But due to various reasons and helplessness or Obligation no women (or less women) take stand for ourselves (or open up with this violation).
Issue of violence against women or girls is not a very recent issue, it takes place about many centuries ago, but the fact that surprised us is that this issue is not resolved yet in this era of modernization.
There are many practices that promote violation against women Gender role, Upbringing, Traditional role, Alcohol, Onlooker of Family violence, Male domination, lack of education and many more. If we talk about Gender Role, upbringing plays an important role for the future. Traditionally peoples treat their son and daughter both in different ways this upbringing has make a mark to children future. Seeing the increasing violence in the family, it also has an adverse effect on the children, the result of which they may have to seen in future, and the child can also get used to do this.
We have many means to save someone or to avoid this violence by Economic stability, good education, Family support to victim to take some strong decision, well upbringing by all these means we will be able to stop violence to some extent. Despite several Law Enactments and Steps taken for security and safety of women, there are also many instances of Violence and Crimes against women.
We must do something responsibly to root out this problem.
